Sessions are not recorded by default. Members sign a confidentiality and conduct agreement and share only information they are authorized to discuss.
Vic reviews every Field Note. Names, organizations, distinctive project details, confidential metrics, and combinations of facts that could identify a source are removed.
Accepted members receive a private, email-bound enrollment link. Enrollment includes the six working sessions, preparation tools, anonymized Field Notes, and a sponsor-ready 90-day action plan.
